  • I listen and analyse your needs => what is your objective?
  • I note any physical pain and limitations
  • I define with you a physical preparation program in line with your objectives
  • We determine together the timetable and mode of operation 
  • We carry out physical preparation and fitness exercises together
  • I give you all the keys to carry out your self-coaching and become autonomous

  • Duration of a session: 30 to 60 minutes
  • Face-to-face or online session (Zoom, Watsapp video)
  • Location: to be determined according to your mobility and availability

  • Weekly frequency recommended
  • Number of sessions required to be determined according to your needs
  • Sessions can be split into 15-minute increments
