My story

My Blog was born out of a desire tohelp basketball players make phenomenal progress.

Not the kind of impossible stuff you see on the internet. No, I'll teach you the basics. And show you how to greatly improve your mental and physical skills.

My name is Steve ALEXANDRE, I am a certified trainer of the French Basketball Federation, a certified mental trainer and a physical trainer. Certified Reflexologist. Assistant-coach for Breakthrough Basketball Camp USA.

Through hard work and determination, I have trained and acquired many skills.

I use them to help you build a solid skills. Have a mind of steel. Build a strong physique.
